# Export data model

> Understand the answer-level feed, its keys, and the relationships used in reports.

Each export row represents **one answer to one question**. It can also include the student's comment and action activity associated with that answer.

## Keys and relationships

| Field | Purpose |
| - | - |
| `Reply Question ID` | Identifies one answer row. |
| `Reply ID` | Groups the answers from one Reply. |
| `Question ID` | Links an answer to its question, options, and type. |
| `Driver ID` | Identifies the question's Driver or theme. |
| `Checkin ID` | Links the answer to a Check-in. |
| `Parent checkin ID` | Identifies the parent Check-in, where applicable. |
| `Organization ID` | Identifies the Organization for the Reply. |
| `Parent organization ID` | Identifies its parent Organization. |
| `Grandparent organization ID` | Identifies its grandparent Organization. |

## Check-in and question context

Check-in fields include the name, type, category, parent, and active start and end dates.

Question fields include the name, text, options, and response type. The source describes question text in English and Danish where available.

## Action activity

Engagement item fields describe which items were shown or clicked. They include counts, identifiers, names, CTA URLs, and last activity timestamps.

Microform fields describe whether a form was shown, submitted, or skipped. They include counts, status, and the latest event time. Do not infer the presence of contact details from these activity fields.

## Time fields

* `Reply Question Created At` records when the answer row was created.
* `Reply Created At` records when the Reply was created.
* Engagement item and Microform timestamps record their associated activity.
* `Finished?` indicates whether the Reply was completed.

## Calculate measures

| Measure | Approach |
| - | - |
| Answer count | Count answer rows, using `Reply Question ID` as the key. |
| Reply count | Count distinct `Reply ID` values. |
| Replies by source | Group by `Source`, then count distinct `Reply ID` values. |
| Comment count | Count answer rows with a non-empty `Comment`. |
| Average prediction score | Average non-null `Prediction score` values. |
| Weekly and monthly reporting | Group the relevant timestamp by ISO week or calendar month. |

The source also suggests a 0–10 score calculated as `AVG(answer_value_0_100) / 10`. That field is not listed in its export dictionary. Confirm the field mapping and scale before you use this formula. Do not apply it directly to `Reply value` without confirmation.

## Reporting hierarchies

* Organization → parent Organization → grandparent Organization.
* Driver or theme → question.
* Year → quarter → month → week → day.

Use the [data dictionary](/exports/data-dictionary) to check field names and types before you create your model.
